Go outside, take a walk, breathe some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine! Working in tech means working hours in front of the computer all day, sometimes even into the night not getting any natural light while being stuck in your workspace.
Get out of your house or office! You will get better sleep, have more energy to work and be healthier overall.

There’s no argument about the importance of water to the body, it’s an essential part of staying healthy. Water helps your body flush out toxins, it can also help you lose weight, regulate your body temperature and feel energized.
Ensure you stay hydrated while working and try to substitute drinks or soda with fruit juice; it’s more beneficial for your health.

5. Eat Healthy

As a techie, it’s important to eat fruits, vegetables and other foods that are rich in nutrients. Don’t snack up on unhealthy foods just because it’s too convenient when you’re hungry. Eating healthy goes a long way in preventing illnesses and weight gain.
6. Prioritize Self Care

You need to prioritize self care activities into your schedule. Might just be some fun things like seeing a movie, eating out, getting your nails did or anything you want; it will help increase your productivity in the long run.
